Working with Dave has been a pleasure. He answered all our questions and was so knowledgeable. To begin the job they had to remove Saltillo tile, old wood flooring and carpeting. That only took them a couple of hours. Gabe, the installer, and his crew then laid down our luxury vinyl wood flooring. They were efficient and throughly cleaned up after they were done. Dave Andrews and his amazing crew installed large format porcelain tile throughout our home. It is absolutely beautiful! Everyone worked diligently to assure the floors were prepped and level. Dave was great to work with and his guys did an amazing job. He has done two big projects for me and he was fair and the quality was outstanding.
First Stop Flooring did a wonderful job for us. We had carpet replaced with tile. Dave came to out to the house to give a us a quote and brought us some tile samples based on my description of what I wanted. The whole process was pretty quick, the guys laying the tile were awesome. We will definitely be doing business with them again!
Found First Stop Flooring from a recommendation from local social media from our community. Put out for 5 bids, I do more than other people do, but do it to get a good feel on price and quality. don’t fall for commercials stating they will give you a great price, DO NOT fall for companies that come to your home and try to sell you, its tempting but don’t do it because they say they will be done in a couple days. Pics with dark cabinets are the new bathrooms, the light wood cabinets are the old or before the remodel. Bathrooms 2 Each First Stop Flooring, Time: they are a little slow and the job may go on for a while, but the extended timeframe was worth the savings. Price: No one could beat them. The closest bid was about 5K more, but the furthest bid was 65K more and only would bid the shower & tub so the entire bid would have been about 75K more. Quality: Fantastic! You won’t be disappointed, and they will make it right if you are not happy with something. I had 1 or 2 small things that they corrected without question. Each team specialized and they all were of top quality. Last: Honesty. They did what they said they would do and were very trustworthy. We had 2 bathrooms, master bedroom, was very big, and the other was smaller but both turned out exceeding expectations. I was willing to to put up with the 5 weeks it took because the price and quality were more important. In closing, I would say there’s a very good chance your job will turn out as mine did. Final price was what they quoted, and was 1/4th the cost of the big competitors.
I had a few companies come in and show me what they've got. One tried to pull one over on us so we quickly backed out of the deal. Then, a friend referred First Stop Flooring. We just showed up at their showroom. We were met by Dave. Immediately, we felt more comfortable. You can tell a salesman vs. just a nice guy. We got the nice guy. We ordered the floor after customization. The guys they sent out were amazing, kind, respectful, and very very fast. I have zero complaints or regrets with choosing this company and would gladly recommend them to anyone. We appreciate them!
